Call to order
- Meeting was called to order at 10:30 Central time by Ande Croll.
Election of Executive and At-large Cabinet Members
- Ande introduced Doug Pratt, elections chair.
- Nominees present were introduced and given a chance to make a brief statement.
- Paper ballots were distributed.
Report of the IAA President
IAA Year in Review
Highlights of this year:
- thank you to the people of Illinois
- resurrection of regional clubs
- multiple events with 75+ people
- events in major cities (Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, etc.)
- Intersession
- 28 official coordinators for Intersession 2007
- creation of Facebook and LinkedIn communities
Things we're working on:
- coordination with IMSA student council
- university hosts program
Budget and fundraising
- used quite a bit of money to subsidize the regional events
- used more of our budget this year
- budget is roughly $14K this year, $16K next year
- costs for IMSAlum mailings are increasing; roughly $6200 this past year. We will be considering alternative distribution means.

- IMSA has developed a new strategic plan
- presidential transition; Max McGee as new president
- introduced Suzyn Price, new VP for Advancement
- BOT requested that the Fund Board consider starting an endowment
- smaller endowments for special purposes
- Stephanice Pace Marshall fund for general advancement of IMSA beyond state mandate
- formal collaboration with UIUC
- at commencement, there was an alumnus from each class to welcome the new alumni and illustrate the results of imsa so far
- first child of two alumni was admitted to start in the fall!

- we've reached $1M in dollars in donations from alumni. Hopefully next year at around this time, we will dedicate 1503 as Alumni Hall.
