Access IMSA Computing Systems
All IMSA Alumni Association members are elgible to maintain an alumni account with IMSA. This account provides e-mail, web hosting, shell access and on-site networking. Due to the State of Illinois security policies, all users must periodically change their password or their account will be locked.
Access To IMSA Computing Resources
If you are an IMSA alumnus/alumna who would like an account on IMSA's systems
Send an email to helpdesk@imsa.edu. You will be asked several questions to confirm your identity.
If you are an alumnus/alumna with an account who needs to submit a trouble report
Please go to the IMSA Help Desk page to fill out a report.
