We are so excited to invite you to the Class of 1993 15-year Reunion. We will be having the event in the West Loop of Chicago at Marche (http://www.marche-chicago.com/) on June 21, 2008 from 7 to 11 p.m. Marche allowed for the greatest flexibility and met virtually all of the preferences the class voiced in our preliminary survey. Marche is near several after hours venues as well, so once the reunion winds down, we will have information on locales that may be of interest to those wanting to continue reconnecting. Directions to the venue and parking information can be found on the restaurant website.

*Dress: casual fine dining (That's what it says on their website. I don't really know what this means - let's say business casual.)

While the payment is being routed through PayPal, registrants do not need a PayPal account to sign up. Just a credit card. You will be asked how many adults and how many children will be attending, as well as contact information. The registrations will be handled by the IMSA Advancement staff, but we will be kept updated if you have questions after you register. Registrations must be made by June 15th. Walk-up registrations will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, there was not enough interest to reserve a block of hotel rooms at a reduced rate near the venue. Since the summer season is full of various events, we suggest you reserve any hotel rooms you need as early as possible. We also did not get any consensus on the IMSA faculty/staff we would like to invite to the reunion. We have a few of choices to deal with this - 1) not invite any faculty/staff, 2) invite all faculty/staff who were mentioned but not pay for their tickets, or 3) determine a way to get consensus on just a couple of faculty/staff to invite and pay for their tickets. We'll work on determining a way to get consensus from the class and let you know how we are going to do that.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any questions or concerns about the details we've provided. Please also let us know if you have any special needs for this event. We are also planning a casual Friday evening (June 20, 2008) event which will be kid friendly. More details will follow.

Based on the survey and follow up e-mails we've received, we are expecting a great attendance at the event. However, we still do not have an e-mail contact for 51 of your classmates. Please check our reunion website (http://www.imsaalumni.org/reunions/1993) to see if you can assist us in finding any of these classmates. We will also be sending out a physical mailing soon to find some of our long lost classmates. We look forward to seeing you all!
